You know what one of my all time favorite things is? My clit, duh! Anything to enhance the pleasure of my clit is guaranteed to make any sexual experience better. So obviously, I was excited to try out a best selling product from Unbound: their Clit Jolt Gel. (If there’s anything I want my clit to experience, it’s a jolt, so obviously I was sold.)

There’s an option on the Unbound site to buy one sample foil or a pack of ten, but I decided to go with just three for now — ten seemed like a big commitment for a new product, even though the pack comes in a cute ass holographic bag. They arrived within a week, and I immediately texted my partner to let him know what we’d be conducting some intense, thorough product research later. But he couldn’t come over until later that night, so I went ahead and started my own private study…

My first impression of the gel was how cool it felt! Literally, it was cool and tingly to the touch. Kind of like a menthol experience for your pussy. I was worried for a moment that the tingles might turn to burning, but it ended up being a nice sensation. Refreshing, almost — like, it would feel particularly lovely on a hot summer day. And it paired nicely with my hitachi, giving me a quicker orgasm than usual.

The real experiment, however, started when my partner came over. I had him massage a small finger-full into my clit, and ohhhhh my god, it was really fucking nice. It truly heightened the eroticism of such an intimate act. We ended up fucking very shortly after with the gel being used as a lubricant for us, and honestly, I didn’t hate it — it almost had a numbing sensation at first, which was nice but, again, didn’t last very long. I’m glad I got more than one sample packet… cause we ended up using two ;)

So, overall, the gel was a rad experience. I wouldn’t say that it necessarily heightened my orgasm, but it definitely made getting there a little quicker and a lot more enjoyable. The downsides, however, are significant: the sensation per application doesn’t last more than five minutes, and having to reapply constantly was a bit of a drag. Also, if you have any sort of minor abrasions that are common from rough sex, the gel has a more intense sensation that’s almost a minor stinging — but since the effect from the gel doesn’t last too long to begin with, it’s not unbearable. Using it very soon after shaving might have that same effect, so I’d stay away from that as well. But overall, I give the Clit Jolt Gel 3.5/5 lightning bolts. Now get out there and get slutty.
